LIBRA Gorney Tungsten Carbide Inserts Septal Morselizer, Features two unique jaws with a smooth guard (cover) which allows cartilage to be crushed or cross-cut for sept rhinoplasty. One jaw features a tungsten carbide insert with large pyramid-shaped teeth to effectively crush cartilage into a membranous-like tissue for repositioning. The other jaw has semi-sharp ridges cut longitudinally into a tungsten carbide insert which cuts and folds the cartilage for reshaping without spreading. The smooth guard fits over either jaw, allowing the option of crushing the cartilage in the traditional way or cutting it. Handcrafted With German Stainless Steel. Gold Plated.
