LIBRA Gorney Tungsten Carbide Inserts Septal Morselizer, Features two unique jaws with a smooth guard (cover) which allows cartilage to be crushed or cross-cut for sept rhinoplasty. One jaw features a tungsten carbide insert with large pyramid-shaped teeth to effectively crush cartilage into a membranous-like tissue for repositioning. The other jaw has semi-sharp ridges cut longitudinally into a tungsten carbide insert which cuts and folds the cartilage for reshaping without spreading.
